The Ford Performance Vehicles F6 Typhoon stands as one of the most remarkable performance sedans ever produced in Australia. While the FPV GT commanded attention with its supercharged V8, the F6 Typhoon offered a compelling alternative that, for many enthusiasts, was actually the more exciting car to drive. The 19-inch alloy wheels were wrapped in high-performance tires to provide adequate grip.

Visually, the F6 Typhoon featured FPV's distinctive front bumper with enlarged air intakes, bonnet scoops, body-colored side skirts, and a subtle boot-lid spoiler. The interior received deeply bolstered Recaro-style sports seats, an FPV-specific instrument cluster with boost gauge, and alcantara trim throughout.
