Daihatsu Charade GTti
The Charade GTti punched well above its weight with a turbocharged 1.0-liter three-cylinder producing 105hp. At just 720kg, it delivered exceptional performance and handling that rivaled contemporary hot hatches with twice the displacement. The combination of low weight, turbo power, and front-wheel drive made it a true underdog hero of the late 1980s.
