Nissan Skyline GT-R V-Spec BNR34

The 1999 Nissan Skyline GT-R V-Spec BNR34 represents the culmination of GT-R development. The legendary RB26DETT twin-turbo inline-six produced an underrated 280 hp, with actual output closer to 330 hp. Advanced ATTESA E-TS AWD and Super-HICAS four-wheel steering gave it otherworldly handling. The V-Spec added Brembo brakes, aggressive aerodynamics, and an LCD multi-function display. Immortalized in video games and movies, the R34 GT-R is the most iconic JDM car ever built.

$150,000 – $350,000

Prices have reached stratospheric levels, with pristine examples exceeding $300,000. Verify authenticity and VIN as clones exist. Many have been modified so finding stock examples is rare. Check for accident history. The RB26DETT is bulletproof but verify turbo health and service history.

The R34 was the final iteration of the Skyline GT-R line before the R35 GT-R became a standalone model. V-Spec models featured enhanced performance equipment and were the most desirable variant.
