Nissan Bluebird 510 SSS
The 510 SSS became a giant-killer in international motorsport, defeating much larger and more powerful competitors through superior handling and reliability. Its independent rear suspension was advanced for the class, while the twin-carburetor L-series engine provided strong performance. Nissan's rallying success with the 510 helped establish Japanese cars as serious sporting machines in Western markets. The boxy yet purposeful styling aged well, and clean examples are now highly sought after by collectors and vintage racers.
