Nissan Skyline GT-R R32 V-Spec II

The V-Spec II represented the pinnacle of R32 GT-R development, released in 1994 as the final sendoff for the legendary BNR32. Building on the original V-Spec, the V-Spec II featured the N1 racing engine block with stronger internals, oil pump modifications, and more efficient turbochargers. The Getrag 5-speed manual gearbox replaced the standard unit for improved reliability. The ATTESA E-TS Pro all-wheel-drive system received fine-tuning for even better torque distribution. Active LSD, revised suspension geometry, and Brembo brakes completed the package. Only 1,303 units were produced, making it one of the rarest R32 variants. The V-Spec II dominated Group A racing and became the most collectible R32, representing the end of an era before the R33 took over. Its combination of raw performance, racing pedigree, and limited production has made it a holy grail for JDM enthusiasts worldwide.

Verify authenticity through chassis code BNR32 and V-Spec II badging. Check for N1 engine block stampings and Getrag transmission. Inspect ATTESA system for proper operation. Rust common in rear quarters and undercarriage. Verify turbochargers haven't been upgraded as many have been modified. Engine should have ceramic turbos. Check service history for oil changes every 3,000km. Accident history critical due to racing use. Import documentation must be complete for legal US import (25+ years). Prices have skyrocketed; expect $80,000-$150,000 for good examples. Beware of clones - regular GT-Rs rebadged as V-Spec II. Original paint and unmolested examples command premium.
