Mercury Cougar
Mercury's answer to the Mustang offered more refinement and distinctive styling. Sequential turn signals and a unique grille with disappearing headlights set it apart. The Cougar won Motor Trend's Car of the Year in 1967 and offered powerful engine options up to 428 cubic inches.
