Volvo 66

The Volvo 66 originated from the Dutch DAF brand acquired by Volvo in the 1970s. It featured the innovative Variomatic rubber belt CVT system that was ahead of its time. Despite being marketed as a Volvo, it retained much of its DAF character and engineering. The model served as Volvo's entry into the small car market before the 300 series.
