Volvo P1900 Sport

The P1900 represented Volvo's brief foray into sports car production, inspired by the success of British roadsters. Featuring fiberglass bodywork over a steel frame and running gear from the PV444 sedan, it offered open-air motoring with Swedish reliability. However, quality control problems with the hand-laid fiberglass and high production costs led to cancellation after minimal production.
