Ford Falcon XA GT RPO
Following the cancellation of the GT-HO program due to political pressure, Ford created the RPO (Regular Production Option) package for the XA GT, delivering near-GT-HO performance in a more subtle package. The 351 Cleveland V8 produced 300 horsepower while maintaining excellent driveability for daily use. The XA featured updated styling with a more modern appearance than the XY, including distinctive GT stripes and badging. Fewer than 1,200 XA GT RPO models were produced, making them highly collectible today among Australian muscle car enthusiasts.
