BMW 3200 CS
The BMW 3200 CS was designed by Nuccio Bertone as the ultimate expression of BMW's V8-powered luxury coupes before the company's financial crisis. The aluminum V8 engine derived from BMW's 507 sports car provided excellent performance for autobahn cruising. Only 538 units were produced, making it one of the rarest BMWs of the era. The 3200 CS represents the end of BMW's attempt to compete with Mercedes-Benz in the luxury segment before refocusing on sporting sedans.
