The Borgward Hansa 2400 debuted in 1952 as the company's premium offering, showcasing German engineering excellence in the post-war recovery period. The car featured a 2.3-liter inline-six engine producing 82 hp, independent front suspension, and a spacious interior with quality materials. Its robust construction and reliable performance made it popular with business executives and government officials. Production ended in 1958 as Borgward shifted focus to newer models, with approximately 6,000 units manufactured.
