Bandini 750 Sport Siluro
Ilario Bandini's 750 Sport Siluro featured streamlined 'torpedo' bodywork designed for maximum speed. The tiny manufacturer from Forlì built fewer than 20 examples, each essentially handmade. Despite its small displacement, the lightweight construction and aerodynamic efficiency allowed it to compete successfully against larger cars. The Siluro became a giant-killer in 1950s Italian sports car racing.
