Nissan Pulsar GTI-R N14

The 1989 Nissan Pulsar GTI-R was built for one purpose: to dominate Group A rallying. Nissan stuffed the SR20DET turbocharged engine from the Silvia into a compact Pulsar body, added the ATTESA AWD system from the Skyline GT-R, and created one of the most extreme hot hatches ever produced. With 230 horsepower, aggressive flared bodywork, hood-mounted intercooler, and viscous-coupling AWD, the GTI-R could sprint to 60 mph in just 5.4 seconds. Only 5,000 homologation examples were built, all for the Japanese market, cementing its status as one of the most desirable JDM collectibles.

$35,000 – $75,000

Extremely rare outside Japan with most examples now imported. Check turbocharger and intercooler for damage. Verify ATTESA AWD system functions properly. Look for evidence of rally use or modification. Rust common in rear arches and floor pans. Original examples command premium pricing. Transfer case and driveline parts are becoming scarce.

Built at Nissan's Oppama plant specifically for Group A rally homologation. Exactly 5,000 units were produced to meet regulations. All were JDM-only with right-hand drive.
