AC 428
The AC 428 combined elegant Italian coachwork by Pietro Frua with the brutal power of Ford's 427 cubic inch (7.0-liter) V8 engine from the legendary Cobra. Built on an extended Cobra chassis, the 428 offered civilized grand touring with leather interior and proper weather protection while retaining devastating performance with 140mph capability. Only 81 examples were produced between convertible and coupe variants, making it one of Britain's rarest muscle-powered GTs.
