Gilbern GT 1800
Gilbern Sports Cars was founded in Wales and produced hand-built fiberglass-bodied GTs. The GT 1800 used the MGB's 1798cc B-Series engine and gearbox mounted in a sturdy tubular chassis. With elegant styling and competitive pricing, it offered genuine GT performance and comfort, though production remained small with only about 200 examples built.
