Lagonda M45 Rapide

The Lagonda M45 Rapide featured a high-performance version of the company's proven 4.5-liter Meadows engine with twin SU carburetors and raised compression ratio. Based on the Le Mans-winning competition cars, the Rapide offered genuine 100mph performance in a luxurious sporting package. Its combination of Bentley-challenging performance with elegant British coachwork made it one of the most desirable pre-war sports saloons.
