Isdera Spyder 036i

Isdera, founded by former Porsche designer Eberhard Schulz, created the Spyder 036i as an open-top companion to their Commendatore coupe. The hand-built roadster featured a tubular space frame chassis, carbon fiber bodywork, and a Mercedes-Benz 5.5-liter V8 engine producing 300 hp. Its dramatic styling included gullwing-style doors and a minimalist interior focused on driving purity. With only three units produced between 1993 and 1995, each priced around 250,000 Deutsche Marks, the Spyder represents the pinnacle of German boutique supercar manufacturing.
