Vespa 400

The Vespa 400 was manufactured in France by ACMA under license from Piaggio, designed specifically for the European market. Despite the scooter name, it was a proper automobile with four wheels and enclosed bodywork. Its diminutive size and economy made it popular in urban areas during the late 1950s fuel-conscious era.
