Sachsenring P240

The P240 represented Sachsenring's evolution from the IFA F9 toward the more refined Wartburg 311. It featured more modern styling with integrated headlights and improved interior comfort. The front-wheel-drive layout and two-stroke engine were carried over but refined. Only produced for three years, the P240 is now one of the rarest East German classics, bridging two important eras of DDR automotive history.
