Edwards America
Sterling Edwards built his America sports car to compete with European imports using reliable Ford running gear. The sleek fiberglass body featured advanced aerodynamics for its era, with attention to both aesthetics and function. Edwards' background in racing influenced the car's handling characteristics and build quality. Approximately 90 cars were produced before the company ceased operations, with several achieving class wins in SCCA racing competition.
