Trojan RE

The Trojan RE was perhaps Britain's most unusual production car, designed for absolute economy above all else. Its crude two-stroke engine and solid rubber tires reduced both initial cost and maintenance to an absolute minimum. While performance was glacial and comfort minimal, it achieved its goal of providing motorized transport at the lowest possible price. Trojans were particularly popular as commercial vehicles and with buyers on very limited budgets.
