Brennabor had roots dating back to 1871 as a bicycle manufacturer before entering automobiles. The Typ S represented their mid-range offering with solid engineering and conservative styling. Six-cylinder smoothness appealed to middle-class buyers seeking refinement. The company went bankrupt in 1933, victim of the economic downturn.
