Chandler Six
Chandler built a reputation for smooth-running six-cylinder engines at affordable prices, using the slogan 'The Marvelous Motor.' The company emphasized engineering quality and refinement rather than luxury appointments. Chandler pioneered the constant-mesh transmission, improving ease of gear changes. The brand struggled after 1924 and was eventually absorbed by Hupp Motor Company in 1929.
