Alco Six

Built by the American Locomotive Company, Alco automobiles featured the precision engineering expected from a railroad equipment manufacturer. The Six model used an enormous inline-six engine and massive chassis components. Alco cars competed at the highest luxury level but were built in small numbers. The company exited the automobile business in 1913 to focus on its core locomotive production.
